I am always surprised that the customer is often an unknown entity. A lot of knowledge about this is in individual heads and is often not stored anywhere. Talking and listening is an important virtue that not everyone is born with. Compared to the year 2000, we have access to an immense treasure trove of data. This data comes in all sorts of formats from all sorts of internal and external sources.
