The CubeServ Procurement Cockpit for SAC dashboards provide you with a quick overview of highly aggregated data. If necessary, you can perform additional detailed analyses in MS Excel.

All the data is of course available in real time, facilitated using CDS views in SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ERP on HANA.

This eliminates the need for data extraction; the reporting is based directly on the data in the ERP system. The in-memory technology of the SAP HANA database enables efficient access to the data without impairing operating performance.

The Cockpit was implemented in the SAP Analytics Cloud and is therefore accessible via a web browser from any computer or mobile device, regardless of the viewer’s location.

The ad-hoc analysis is performed via SAP Analysis for Office. This means that for the first time, a direct interactive ad-hoc analyses of ERP system data in MS Excel will be possible for the first time, allowing high-quality evaluation of potentials and optimisation optimization possibilities throughout the purchasing process.
