Application management as a standard can carry out minor changes, such as the adapting of queries, for instance by adapting characteristics or changing the layout of a report. Support consultants therefore exchange information actively with the SAP BW project manager, the SAP CCC and third-party vendors, in order to improve upon the system successively as well as to plan and meet new requirements in a sensible manner.
Within this context, onsite and remote application management ensure continuous system monitoring and typically, also bug fixing. In addition, the consultant will identify further potential for optimization to be realized in agreement with the SAP BW project manager. Please find in the following, some examples:

Company management concept
It is recommended to work out a company management concept, although this is not part of this offer. A company management concept can be requested as an option. Otherwise, problem solving and bug fixing are documented briefly but in sufficient detail so that the approach chosen be traceable. Optimizations can be implemented by consultants as well as by supporters. It is important that support functions be integrated into the project in due time in order to ensure smooth and seamless implementation.
