Our many years of experience in the SAP BW environment and the corresponding CubeServ design guidelines form the basis for CubeServ HR solution packages. Our HR solution is primarily aligned towards SAP standards. In cases in which this proves to be impossible or to make little sense, CubeServ’s specific, tried and tested design and implementation approaches can be applied.
To the degree to which this is possible and reasonable, thanks to extractors, SAP Business Content can be used for the source system (HR system). Primarily, customer-proprietary objects will be used in SAP BW. SAP Business Content will only be used where necessary and reasonable, e.g. for calendar and fiscal time characteristics as well as for a series of standard extractors.
CubeServ HR reporting with SAP BW is based on HR management components. These components serve as the basis for all further solution components, because on the one hand, they contain a large share of master data used for overall HR reporting and on the other, they provide the most important organizational management information. Because all other HR solution packages, e.g. HR data quality management, wages or time management, use HR administration and organizational management master data, this basic component is an extremely comprehensive HR package that can serve as the basis for the implementation of additional modules.
