Support should not only aim at providing ongoing maintenance but also ensure the continuous improvement and optimization of the system. This should always be based on a defined, ITIL-based implementation process. CubeServ has devised a special “Customer Care Concept” for the operational of SAP BW applications, which includes all essential features relating to continuous improvement and optimization.

Single Point of Contact

CubeServ offers a Single Point of Contact (SPOC), a role performed either by the Onsite Application Management Consultant or – in the case of a single remote support service level – the Service Desk Manager. In addition to dealing with operational issues directly on site, the consultant will also bundle queries relating to other areas, such as SAP Basis or SAP ERP, and forward them to the appropriate support personnel.
