CubeServ Application Management ensures the smooth running of the SAP BW system applications and comprises all the important key components such as Helpdesk, Service Desk, 2nd Level and 3rd Level Support.
Helpdesk & Reporting
At the customer’s request, CubeServ will also make use of the customer’s helpdesk system and update the ticket statuses there directly. Otherwise, the customer will be provided with statistics on response times, resolution times and issues covered by the tickets at the end of each month. This is to be defined individually.
