CubeServ Application Management ensures the smooth running of the SAP BW system applications and comprises all the important key components such as Helpdesk, Service Desk, 2nd Level and 3rd Level Support.

Helpdesk & Reporting

At the customer’s request, CubeServ will also make use of the customer’s helpdesk system and update the ticket statuses there directly. Otherwise, the customer will be provided with statistics on response times, resolution times and issues covered by the tickets at the end of each month. This is to be defined individually.


  • CubeServ Support can provide direct access to the SAP BW knowledge of over 100 consultants, who will be involved directly as and when necessary.
  • In addition, Support has direct access to information on all SAP BO topics through extensive internal SAP Basis knowledge.
  • The combination of Remote Support and On-site Support makes for optimum integration of CubeServ personnel with the customer’s organisation.
  • One special feature of the CubeServ Remote Support is the assignment of dedicated personnel to the customer. On average, three dedicated support staff are made available and receive training tailored to the specific customer.
